The most important was the staff - VERY FRIENDLY and fantastic people. I had a twin room with a private bathroom. A shower, hairdryers, and a bidet were available there.

The hotel's position was marvellous and particularly good, just off taxi and cafe. There were climate control, a personal safe, and flat-screen TV in the room, appreciated that.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a coffeemaker, a writing table, and iron and ironing board. The views across swimming pool were pleasant. The staff were excellent and very good whole time of my stay.

I always choose this place for my stay because of the helpful taxi tip on my first visit. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, valet parking, 24-hour reception, spa & wellness center, laundry, flat-screen TV. Coming back for Christmas!

Loved the free parking, big pool, and the fact that the staff could speak multiple languages. , the breakfast options were fabulous - can never have too much food in the morning, right?

Oh, and who doesn't love a good dusty window and slippery steps in a hotel room? Just adds that extra element of surprise and excitement to your stay.

The hotel was located right by cafe as well as taxi. All in all room was large; also provided a tub. Its bed was large. The location was particularly good in the middle of jackson and the staff here was excellent. Al Juffair district was worth staying in. I truly enjoyed it, have never been in a better property.

It was in a marvellous and favourable location around 4-6 minutes walk from Juffair Square. The a single room had basic facilities you need, climate control, a safe and multi-channel television. The staff members were all very good and amiable.
